Older adults face unique challenges with digital adoption: over 56% of individuals aged 65+ struggle to use technology, with 27% not using the internet at all. This often leads to social exclusion, loneliness, sedentary lifestyles, and memory decline. Existing health apps fail to address these issues holistically, offering fragmented tools that do not combine medical history, daily assistance, and emotional support.
Solution :
Senior Care was designed as an all-in-one virtual assistant for elderly individuals. The platform centralizes lifetime medical records, tracks biomarkers, and provides personalized recommendations through AI. Beyond health monitoring, it integrates daily reminders, emotional check-ins, cognitive exercises, and music therapy, while generating reports that keep caregivers and family members informed.
By simulating natural conversation and remembering user context, the app acts as a trustworthy companion—reducing isolation, improving adherence to treatments, and supporting overall well-being.
Challenge :
The main challenge was to design an intuitive and accessible experience for seniors with limited digital skills, without overwhelming them. This required:
Simplifying navigation and ensuring high readability with clear visual hierarchy.
Balancing medical rigor (accurate health data) with human warmth (friendly conversational tone).
Integrating multiple functionalities—health records, reminders, emotional tracking—into a seamless flow that seniors and caregivers could adopt easily.
