Problem :
- Fragmented Platform: Inconsistent UI, accessibility issues, and duplicated stakeholder requests caused inefficiency. 
- New Features Missing: Core client needs such as compliance, sub-tier visibility, and other upcoming requirements had to be integrated into the platform. 
- Disorganized Design System: Figma files and the design system were messy and slowed down production. 



Solution :
Compliance Module (new feature):
- Designed and launched a full module to manage compliance workflows, findings categorization, and dashboards. 
- Delivered end-to-end flows for creating tasks, linking policies, and monitoring incidents. 
Risk Assessment (optimization):
- Enhanced risk prioritization through clear visual hierarchy, differentiated arrows, and color coding. 
- Improved accessibility for enterprise clients managing large-scale risk data. 
Sub-Tier Visibility (optimization):
- Redesigned visual hierarchy for supplier networks. 
- Streamlined navigation for exploring deep-tier supply chain structures. 
Global Monitoring (optimization):
- Refined dashboards to highlight alerts and global events in real time. 
- Prioritized readability and quick response. 
Network Mapping (consistency work):
- Applied incremental usability and design system improvements. 
Insights to Action (new features):
- Designed actionable flows that transformed metrics and monitoring into clear business actions. 
Design System Governance:
- Consolidated fragmented Figma libraries. 
- Created documentation to align stakeholders and reduce redundant requests. 






Challenge :
- Deliver new features inside a complex platform without a full redesign. 
- Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders working in silos. 
- Document all design decisions to avoid duplication and conflicting feature requests. 
Summary :
Throughout my time at Everstream, I worked across all major modules of the platform: designing an entirely new Compliance module while also optimizing and expanding existing areas such as Risk Assessment, Sub-Tier Visibility, Global Monitoring, Insights to Action and more.
My role was to stabilize a fragmented system, introduce new value-adding features, and improve usability under strict enterprise constraints. The result was a more consistent, efficient platform adopted by enterprise clients as a central tool for supply chain risk management.
