Problem :

Mind & Match had a functional platform, but its experience was fragmented and visually outdated. The website lacked clarity for different audiences—enterprises, providers, and patients—and the onboarding process was confusing.

The patient flow for creating an account, completing the onboarding wizard, and scheduling sessions felt heavy and unintuitive. On the provider side, professionals lacked a clear dashboard to review patient context, sessions, and progress. Overall, the platform needed a redesign to improve trust, usability, and communication with enterprise clients.

Solution :

We delivered a comprehensive redesign across web and platform:

  • Website redesign with clearer navigation and messaging.

  • Sign-up flow: Simplified entry point — I’m looking for therapy vs. I provide therapy — to streamline onboarding.

  • Account creation & wizard: Rebuilt multi-step flow to collect needs and preferences in a more intuitive way.

  • Patient dashboard: Clean interface where patients can view recommended providers, upcoming/past sessions, documents, and recurring appointments.

  • Provider dashboard: A robust workspace giving healthcare professionals access to patient information, including AI-powered overviews of recent activity, demographics, appointments and their status, documents, and match summaries aligning patient needs with provider expertise.

Challenge :

The main challenge was balancing three different user groups—patients, providers, and enterprises—within one product. We had to:

  • Simplify long onboarding flows while keeping all necessary medical and preference data.

  • Build a provider dashboard detailed enough for professionals but easy to scan.

  • Create a consistent design system that worked across marketing pages and internal dashboards.

  • Communicate Mind & Match’s value clearly to enterprises considering employee mental health partnerships.

Summary :

The redesign transformed Mind & Match into a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-ready platform. Patients can now onboard quickly, explore recommended providers, and manage their sessions with clarity. Providers gained a powerful dashboard enhanced by AI insights, giving them full visibility of patient needs and progress. Enterprises benefit from a polished website that clearly conveys the value of offering Mind & Match as part of employee benefits.

This end-to-end redesign elevated the platform from a fragmented product into a cohesive solution for all stakeholders.
