Problem :
The platform lacked a Design System, resulting in inconsistencies across modules. Stakeholders had only rough ideas, requiring continuous discovery. The product also needed to integrate five platforms into one, while including highly complex modules such as Automations with dependencies and a Trello-style Tasks & Tools system. It had to perform seamlessly on both desktop and mobile.
Solution :
I built a Design System from scratch that established visual and functional coherence. I designed advanced automations with conditions, dependencies, and actions, and developed the Tasks & Tools module tailored to industry workflows.
Continuous research and benchmarking turned vague requirements into clear flows.
Led five designers through workshops and reviews for consistency.
Delivered prototypes adapted for both desktop and mobile.
Challenge :
The toughest challenge was merging five complex domains—accounting, finance, HR, CRM, and automation—into one platform. Stakeholders often lacked clarity, requiring me to define scalable workflows. Automations, in particular, demanded a robust structure to handle dependencies across features while ensuring long-term cohesion.
